Nathan Overbey

Founder & CEO

Nathan has spent over 15 years in enterprise SaaS sales, working across some of the most recognized technology companies in the industry. He’s experienced firsthand how great companies grow — and what it looks like when they struggle to scale.

He started his career at a fast-growing cloud software company that expanded from $230M to over $1B during his tenure. There, he built his foundation — learning the craft of sales from Business Development to Account Executive to first-line leadership — and seeing up close how process, technology, and execution evolve as a company scales.

 

He later joined one of the largest enterprise software companies in the world, where he deepened his understanding of what best-in-class sales operations, GTM alignment, and enablement look like — and how the right culture and systems can drive consistent results across massive teams.

 

Most recently, he spent time at a high-growth tech company with a great product but an unstable foundation. That experience reinforced how critical it is for organizations — of any size — to balance people, process, and technology, and how quickly growth can outpace structure without those fundamentals in place.

Across roles spanning new business, expansion, product migrations, and revenue retention, Nathan has seen the full customer lifecycle. He brings that perspective to every project — helping early-stage and growing companies build the right commercial foundation from day one.
